What happens if you simply write 'wish' in the console? In my case, an
empty window appears.
In my ubuntu (NOT fedora) system, this is what I get when I call
'whereis wish':
$ whereis wish
wish: /usr/bin/wish8.4 /usr/bin/wish /usr/bin/X11/wish8.4 /usr/bin/X11/wish /usr/share/man/man1/wish.1.gz
This is not of much help, but if you installed the tcl-tk package,
'wish' should appear somewhere... at least this is what I think.
