proposed release schedule

Maxima 5.11 is OK to me.  As for "stabiliy" it depends
on what do you mean by this word.  If "feature rich" and
"bug free" is concerned then Maxima is stable enough.
In any case it is more stable than many other OS projects.
But I'm still inclined to consider 5.X as unstable
development branch since we are probably going to do
various incompatible changes between releases.

Oh, Windows installer is not the issue at all!
Component installer is in Maxima CVS.
I only have cut omplotdata due to recent xmaxima/omplotdata
changes.  But

1. I want to resolve .png creation problem on Windows.
I'll try to do it in few days.

2. Portuguese documentation is broken in CVS.  What we are
going to do with this?
