Subject: Maxima release branch scheduled for Aug 1

Hello,
I am planning to make a cvs branch for the Maxima 5.10 release
shortly after 00:00 UTC on Aug 1. Except for bug fixes,
the state of cvs at that time will be the content of the 5.10 release.
I am guessing there will be 2 or 3 release candidates before we
are happy with the result, to be released as 5.10 in mid to late August.
Commits to cvs head can continue unabated after Aug 1,
but those will go into the next release after 5.10.
