Not sure if this is the same bug -- when I installed the 5.9.3.99rc1
Windows installer, the documentation shown by the wxMaxima
help browser was the old documentation, and the Maxima version
executed by wxMaxima was the old version. I had to modify the
path to the executable (in the wxMaxima config parameters)
to get the new stuff. So maybe it is just a matter of fixing the path.
