Oh, it turns out it's not DFSG free. So it's not a Debian package (the
non-free section isn't officially part of Debian and it's
unsupported). I should look for a replacement instead.

Thanks! I suppose I'll have to try out each one in turn and see which
one I like first. I was hoping for some recommendations, because
apt-cache searching for lisp compiler gives an embarrassment of
riches.
