On Windows we should really provide help in chm format and put links
to that into menus. All that is needed to produce help in chm format
is already present in maxima all that is missing is to compile the
files. wxMaxima could use chm files directly using the builtin Windows
help viewer and I'm sure xmaxima could be changed to do the same.
