Greetings to the List,
I'm an IT undergrad doing a bit of exploring into comp. algebra systems.
I need to have a decent workflow and xmaxima doesn't really work
for me most of the time, except for one thing... I'll get there.
First though, about Emacs integration.

Does this allow calling any function, or only ones associated with a
major-mode?
As far as xmaxima goes, this may be off-topic.
Does anyone know how the sort of spiffy presentation achieved in the maxima
primer that ships with xmaxima can be duplicated? This would be a really good
way for me to present findings to some of the other students I work with.
[ I'm wondering if it might be able to be tweacked into something like a
Mathematica workbook. ]
TIA
