Maxima manual for Windows in CHM format

Hi!

I'm trying to convert Maxima HTML documentation for Windows
into CHM (Compressed HtMl ?) format which is  de facto
standard on Windows for documentation.

Please take a look at sample CHM files for
English, Spanish and Portuguese documentation
