maxima plot question

Another openmath plot question (or two): In the command
plot3d (2^(-u^2 + v^2), [u, -3, 3], [v, -2, 2], [plot_format, openmath]);
given in the manual, can the
(1) color be changed (from green, as pictured, to say red)?
(2) grid style be changed (say to "no grid lines", or something like that)?
