Tar.gz & rpms for 5.10.99rc1 (1st 5.11 release candidate) are in the
SF file manager:

The tar.gz which I posted to SF a couple of days ago fails to build --
build_index.pl was missing. Please download the new tar.gz.
This 5.10.99rc1 fails run_testsuite because apparently
maxima/tests/rtest_equal.mac is not in Makefile.am.
How about if someone tests rc1 anyway despite rtest_equal.
If you want to wait for rc2 I certainly will understand.
