Building 5.11.0 printable documentation

The problem here is the appearance of # (not equal in Maxima)
inside @math. I've replaced # with not equal (spelled out) and
now make pdf seems to work OK for English.
(Still fails for Spanish and Portuguese due to appearance of
accented letters in @math. If this is an issue for you we'll
need to do some more work here.)

I've committed that change to cvs head and also the 5.11 branch.
Let me know where you want to go with this -- if you want I am
willing to tag 5.11.1 in cvs so you can work off a fixed tag,
or you can just get the stuff on the end of the 5.11 release branch
which is tagged as RELEASE-5_11_0-BRANCH.

I'm glad to hear from you -- it's good to know the Mac port is
actively maintained.
