We should define a clearer policy about src-share-share/contrib.

whatever was considered essential should go into src, and the
rest into share/contrib, independently of its quality. I thought
the packages in share were all old and stayed there for
historical reasons.
Reading Stravos' recent messages, I see that he regards share/contrib
as code that is not being maintained and whose quality cannot be
guaranteed by the Maxima team. If that is the case, I should then
move the packages I've written out of share/contrib.
