Thanks a lot for sending the translation of Symmetries.texi.
I have committed it to cvs. I quieted the warnings from texinfo
by creating separate @iftex, @ifinfo, & @ifhtml bits for some
of the formulas.
By the way, I have created a new directory doc/info/fr and moved
the existing Symmetries.texi there. We will have a French translation
of the rest of the manual sooner or later ....

Thanks for offering to translate docsym.tex as well.
I think it would be best to translate it as a .tex document
(no need to convert it to Texinfo).
