Operations on inf

I meant that I'm not done yet.  inf*inf uses simptimes, which is what
I've hacked on.  inf^2 goes through simpexpt, which I haven't touched yet.

What about x/inf?  Is that 0 or x/inf?  I think my version gives 0.
