Translate Docs into Chinese!

Thanks a lot for sending these documents. I have made links for
them on the Maxima documentation web page:
http://maxima.sourceforge.net/docs.shtml
under the heading "Tutorials in Chinese".

When I open them with Adobe Acrobat reader (acroread) the documents
appear to be OK. But with xpdf they look incorrect. That is OK,
we don't need to fix it.

On a related note, I find that it is possible to use Maxima 5.11.0cvs +
xterm + Clisp (Unicode-aware Lisp) to get a Maxima session with
Chinese symbols! See:
http://maxima.sourceforge.net/misc/chinese-maxima-screenshot.png
(I believe it is also possible with 5.11.0 and before but you would
have to call declare("X", alphabetic) for each character to be able to
make Maxima symbols with multiple characters.)

Maxima treats the Chinese symbols just like any others, which is
good. The only problem is that the 2-d format is incorrect because
some characters are not one unit wide (might be zero or more than
one unit).

To launch the xterm:
LC_CTYPE=zh_CN.UTF-8 xterm -fn
'-Misc-Fixed-Medium-R-Normal--18-120-100-100-C-90-ISO10646-1'
Probably konsole or other programs could be used. I don't know how
to do it with Windows, only Linux.

Thanks a lot for your help,
Robert Dodier
