problem building 5.12 release candidat -- pt_BR.utf8 problem

Please wait a few hours. I'll fix the problem this
evening and let you know about results.

All three languages es, pt, pt_BR worked
to me fine including utf8 variants and making
distribution tarball (make dist) but for some
a bit old Maxima CVS snapshot.
I was not able to test all machinery for more fresh
Maxima CVS since pt and pt_BR texinfos were
broken.
