X options request for xmaxima

Hello,
  I would like to request that (perhaps some) X options be added to
  Xmaxima.

Since I start it from a command line, it would be nice if one could
do, e.g.,
   xmaxima -geometry 150x75
   and get resizing of the startup window.

For those who use filemanager operations, this resize option could be added to the
"Preferences" so that it can be manipulated and saved from within
xmaxima.

Any comments?
