Hello,
I've tagged 5.12.0 rc3 in cvs and posted a tar.gz file and rpms to
the SF file manager.

There were just a few minor changes committed to the release branch
since rc2. I hope that in just a few days we can approve this rc3 for
release, then I'll re-tag it as 5.12.0.
Sorry for the delay. I think we'll have a release in a couple of days.
