Indeed there is something called a "mashup" which allows google earth maps
to be combined with external data, such as traffic flow, location of news
spots, etc. (Google it for info on tools).
Google also provides an image search capability. It finds only one photo of
Bill Schelter in a parka. I think there should be a better photo somewhere.
There are photos of (a different) Robert Dodier, and nothing of Raymond Toy.
There are a few pictures of me, but more of my rock-star daughter Johanna.
It looks like there would be a minimum of original programming necessary,
but someone would have to ask for photos and learn about mashups.
