I'm not "Windows installer" expert, and, talking about windows binaries,
I prefer them in ZIPped archive, because this "installer" technology is
not the most perfect on the Earth, I afraid.
I like removing temporary installer files mess, and this results in
stucked installations, yet one of my PCs is unable to do MSI-install at
all.
INSTALL.win32 file within Maxima distribution contains very useful
advises on the preparing for installers, though.
