Just doing a license audit for all the packages I maintain for fedora,
that's all. Previously I had marked maxima as simply GPL, but now we're
required to include license version. Given the mix of various licensing
bits you mentioned, it would appear that marking this as GPLv2 would be
close approximation to reality.
