I've made some updates to the code and I tested on some of your
examples.  In particular, with fpprec = 32, your 7'th case (64-th degree
polynomial) has roots all  within the circle of radius 2.  Don't know if
they're right.  It took quite a bit of time to find them (many minutes).

I'll place the code somewhere soon.
