I'm doing manual backups of cvs since we wrote about it back in august.
I'm also doing weekly backups of the ML subscribers list via a cron job,
but it doesn't contain all the personal settings of the subscribers - don't
know how to do that without access to the server.
I keep backups of all messages from the bugtracker - but of couse that's
not ideal.
In the long term I would prefer if we switched to a hosting where we
can use a distributed RCS like darcs or git ... (just dreaming)
