I apologize to everyone, it looks like I messed things up again. This
is actually a bug in wxWidgets. I need to recompile the windows binary
with a different version. Unfortunately I don't know when I will have
a chance to do this (probably not before January). For those who
compile wxmaxima themselfs, don't use wxWidgets 2.8.6 (on any
platform).
