wxmaxima plot dialog with wrong nticks default value

Thanks Andrej,

this fixes the bug (on Windows 2000).


I would be very happy, if the existing maxima-5.14.0.exe will be replaced by a new one 
(maxima-5.14.0a.exe) which includes the fixed wxmaxima.exe. I regard this fix as crucial 
for the new 5.14 version.

Vadim, can you please do this? (Presuming Robert's agreement)
