It seems to me that automake/autoconf machinery in
imaxima directory requires some redesign.
I see here various files - configure,
Makefile.in, configure.in, missing, configure
but AFAIK only Makefile.am is required
(probably with some modification).
All other files are generated by automake and
autoconf. Take the look on emaxima directory.
Imaxima is a bit more complicated but not
entirely different IMHO.
Unfortunately I can't help in fixing the problem right now
for I'm leaving in one hour and will not be available
until middle of the the May. I'm sorry. Probably you should
find other Windows maintainer at least for this Maxima release.
