Notice that this list was made by looking at the changes made to the
texinfo files for the English version only. The translated files were
not considered. Some translators, for instance Mario and myself, have
contributed to the English manual whole new sections written from
scratch. I will go through the list though and ignore minor
contributions such as formatting, typos fixing, etc.
