Maxima fails to load rducon

Hi,

since a massage with the same contents still waits for moderator 
approval I decided to subscribe to the mailing list and repost:



playing around with Maxima I tried to load the package 'rducon'. It
fails with:

	(%i1) load(rducon);

	Load failed for
	/usr/share/maxima/5.13.0/share/simplification/rducon.lisp
	 -- an error.  To debug this try debugmode(true);

I tried this with Maxima 5.13.0 from Debian/Sid on i386 and amd64
architectures, and Maxima 5.15.0 on Windows (similar message).
