Using 5.15.0 + GCL, rtest_simplfy_sum reports no errors, but using
Maxima CVS + SBCL 1.0.13 + XP, I get errors for most of the tests (2,
3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 21, 22 all fail). For now,
I marked these as known failures. But once again, SBCL is
experimental. So if somebody could try

testsuite_files :[rtest_simplify_sum],
run_testsuite());
using (today's) Maxima CVS + SBCL (or CMUCL) + non-XP, that would be
