Subject: Bug: output window of wxMaxima is not visible

I suspect that MathCtrl.cpp sets the visible rectangle badly
as when it's running in right to left local 0,0 is the right top corner
please fix that, I think it would be easy
(my experience is in GTK+ I can't help you with xw)
