Hello,
I am planning to make a 5.16 release branch in cvs on Sunday
Aug 3 around 16h UTC.
As I mentioned a while back, I 'm going to do the numbering
differently. 5.16.0 will be the first tagged version on the branch,
corresponding to rc1 in previous releases. The final release
will be 5.16.2 or 3 if history is any guide.
