test failure with 5.16.3 / ecl (Bessel)

Hi,

when building maxima (5.16.3) with ecl I get

Running tests in rtest14:

Result:

This differed from the expected result:
true

289/290 tests passed (not counting 2 expected errors).


I found e-mails apparently regarding this, but it appears there shouldn't
be any error anymore?
