need help w/ SF bug [ 2148461 ] docs for factor refer to "the field of integers"

Hi, it has been pointed out

that the following text (shown by ? factor) is inaccurate:

    Factors the expression <expr>, containing any number of variables
    or functions, into factors irreducible over the integers.  `factor
    (<expr>, <p>)' factors <expr> over the field of integers with an
    element adjoined whose minimum polynomial is <p>.

How could that be rephrased? Maybe the text should distinguish
special cases for the integers and for polynomials.
