new maxima

Hi,

The big difference between maple/mathematica and maxima is that maxima is
free. I for one really appreciate it that there are people here that
implement obscure mathematics and fix buggy integrals. In their spare time.
For free. Probably just for the fun of it. Thanks!

That said, I do wonder if there is a TO-DO list besides the usual bug-fixes
and a wishlist for the next major release (and a big room where time stands
still). I wonder what your idea's actually are about the new maxima (as in:
version 6.0 or so): what would you like to have implemented in maxima 6.0?

Best regards,
