Maxima wiki dump

Alexey,

Some ideas about restoring the Maxima wiki.

(1) It appears the MySQL db which houses the wiki data is up and running.
I was able to dump its content via the PhpMyAdmin service at SF
which is accessible as described on this page:
http://alexandria.wiki.sourceforge.net/Project+Web,+Shell,+VHOST+and+Database+Services
The user name of interest for the Maxima project is m4933admin.
I'll send another datum of interest under a separate cover.
(I'll be happy to send that datum to anyone else who is interested
in db administration.)

(1a) Since the db is alive, maybe the wiki scripts (which are still
presen in htdocs/wiki on the project web server) just need some
minor adjustment to make them work again.

(1b) Failing that, maybe the page data could be extracted from a
MySQL dump (either by some Perl magic or SQL queries or by
loading the pages into a running instance of PhpWiki) and then
restored into a different wiki (e.g. the wiki which is now provided
by SF).

(2) I found a dump of the wiki pages (in wiki markup, not SQL)
dated 2007-07-10 in the directory wiki-archive on the project web
server. That's the most recent one I can find anywhere.
If working with the db is too much trouble, maybe the pages
could be restored from that dump. I think there have been only
a few changes since then anyway.

Hope this info is useful to you. Let me know what you think.
I appreciate your efforts as the project web master.
