Make failure in CVS

Dear Viktor and all other developers,

The mdate-sh is a file created by automake. The proper way
to handle this issue is to run bootstrap again in which automake
is run and the file is created.

Viktor san, you may remove empty mdate-sh file that you have
created, goto the maxima top directory and run bootstrap again.
Then ./configure and make should work appropriately.

I should have noticed the necessity of running bootstrap again...
