I have 5.9.1.1cvs on an old laptop, and it gives the same answer as the
current CVS version, apart from a gratuitous factor of 1.0 that is present
in the current CVS, but not in the old version.

commercial macsyma gets this integral right. I wonder if the old maxima
got it, too,
and we broke it??
