1. about bessel function, like this:
2*%pi*besselj(0,x)=integrate(exp(%i*x*cos(w)),w,0,2*%pi) How can I express equation in maxima? integrate(exp(x*cos(w)),w,0,2*%pi) doesn't return 2*%pi*besselj(0,x).
And I have tried to give x a value (like x:3) and to solve a defined integrate.However the answer isn't true.
2. it is a problerm in WinXp,I've installed wxmaxima in my UBUNTU OS too,and it works fine. When I use plot2d function to plot a graphics,I find my mouse(right button exactly) doesn't work in the "gnuplot graphics" window. That is to say I cannot magnify my graphics as I like. It is strange that in UBUNTU everything is OK. Anyone can help? In addition, the left button can work perfectly and my middle button too, and there is no problerm if I run wgnuplot.exe separately.
