alias/reversealias and noun/verb properties for Airy and Bessel functions

Following the discussion with Deiter kaiser and a review of previous
posts to the list,
I have added alias/reversealias and noun/verb properties for Airy and
Bessel functions

(defprop $airy_ai %airy_ai alias)
(defprop $airy_ai %airy_ai verb)
(defprop %airy_ai $airy_ai reversealias)
(defprop %airy_ai $airy_ai noun)

and so on for airy_{dai,bi,dbi} and bessel_{j,y,i,k}.

This fixes two problems:
 - the way the functions are displayed with display2d:false
 - the need to nounify functions when using freeof or subst

No change to the testsuite results, but it has allowed a tidy up in
contrib_ode.mac.
