Dieter Kaiser added code for Si, Ci and Ei into CVS very recently, in
src/expintegral.lisp and tests in tests/rtest_expintegral.lisp
He is also working on the integration of special functions including Si,
Ci and Ei. This is work in progress, with commits in the last week.
