I have a much enhanced help system for pw.mac which actually explains what is does and what it is for and so now users and not just
programmers can understand it and make use of it, There are some minor fixes and some functions have been removed because they are
not needed. I have kept some that are not used but will be. The help documents only the functions that are for users, not internal
functions. I think this a long overdue.
