maxima-5.17.1 in Gentoo

Hello *,

maxima-5.17.1 is now in Gentoo. Compiles with clisp-2.47, cmucl-19e, 
gcl-2.6.7 (which is really 2.6.8-pre), sbcl-1.0.22. No unexpected errors 
in tests. Timings of the testsuite on my PC (in sec):

clisp 392
cmucl 166
gcl   156
sbcl  246
