I had the same problem with CLISP 2.44 on Ubuntu. The files rtest_integrate.mac
and rtest_integrate_special.mac were not installed correctly. I had to copy the
files by hand in the proper directory.
I had no look at the second problem. At first it might be useful to get more
information about your Lisp and system (see the Maxima function build_info()).
