The build system is still broken. I've just flamed the colmake
directory, the Makefile* files in share, updated everything from scratch
from the cvs HEAD branch, ran bootstrap, configure, and make.
Make install dies with:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `colnew/colnew.system', needed by

Sure enough, in share/colnew
