Thanks for the links. I think I was responsible for a
"red herring" by throwing out the Jordan's lemma
remark in the list message which started this thread.
In my last post, I was thinking the problem was
integrate doing ratsimp and logcontract in the
wrong order, and the problem has nothing to do
with closing the contour in the upper or lower
half plane.
But, what do I know? If I was lisp literate, I would
actually look at the code for integrate and be
worth listening to!
