Hello,

With current Maxima I get

(%i1) block([obase : 16], makelist(concat(k), k, 0, 15)) ;
(%o1)       [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0A, 0B, 0C, 0D, 0E, 0F]

But with older versions the output was

[0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F]

Is this change intentional?
