Sorry for the confusion, I wrote about a problem of the datababe but I was
thinking about other things... Kill(all) correctly clears the database, and I
could stop using reset(), but I sometimes I need it because it clears other
variables (like ratmx, algebraic, setcheck, and others) not affected by
kill(all).
It's for that I was wondering if there is a command that really returns Maxima
to its initial status.
Anyway, I've just reported the bug.
