Eric and Robert,
Thanks for your help. I am indeed using wxmaxima
and with your help, found (in 5.18) the new
option (Edit->Configure->Enter evaluates cells. I
am now also aware that the maxima and wxmaxima
projects are different projects. I see the
wxmaxima page has a link to a forum (I assumed
different from this forum). So in the future I
will address wxmaxima specific questions there.
