plan to clean up files in SF file manager

Hello,

there are a lot of files in the SF file manager from previous releases
of Maxima.

I;m planning to erase all files from all releases except
for the last one on each release branch.
For the last one on each release branch, I'm going to
erase all the rpms, leaving only the tar.gz and the
Windows installer.

I'll go ahead in a few days unless someone can talk me out of it.
