Dear Maxima-list,
I have decided to release some notes that I prepared for my Calc 3
class this semester:
http://people.ysu.edu/~gkerns/maxima/
The goal is a(nother) guide, which is reasonably un-wrong, that
students can use to get up and running with Maxima.
I am not a Maxima master - by any means - so if you see something that
I have done the wrong way and/or there is a better way to do
something, I would appreciate hearing about it. Alternatively, you
can take the source and rewrite it yourself (it is FREE, after all).
There is still some polishing to do - figure references, a few more topics, etc.
Cheers,
Jay
